How far are you from Mumbai?
We are located in Karjat. It's a 90-minute drive from Mumbai.

How long it does take to reach the villa from the Karjat Railway Station?

We are located 20 minutes from Karjat Railway Station. You can take an auto rickshaw from the station itself. (Ask for Mothe, Vengaon Road)

Do you have accommodation for drivers or nannies?
We do not have any accommodations for drivers or nannies on site and do not permit any non-residential guests/drivers on site.

What amenities do you provide? 

Our Villa is fully equipped with a TV, attached washrooms and air conditioning. We have a fully functional kitchen where you can cook your meals at an additional cost. You can also avail our BBQ facilities at an additional cost.


What activities do you have? 

You can indulge in several outdoor activities like basketball, football, badminton, cricket, trampoline, bicycle. We also have indoor games like Uno, Ludo etc. We have a private swimming pool and a steam room as well.


Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi. You can connect to it at the villa.


Does mobile connectivity work?

While you cannot expect 4G speeds, you'll have sufficient mobile connectivity to make phone calls and WhatsApp messages.

Is the property wheel-chair accessible? 

No, the property is not wheel-chair accessible.

Do you serve meals? 

Guests can choose the following four options for their meals at the property. 

1. Pre-order a meal package of home-cooked meals us which costs the following:
Mulshi: Nonveg- INR 1200 or  Veg-  INR 1000 (Breakfast, lunch, dinner & high tea)
Karjat: Nonveg - INR 1300 or Veg -  INR 1100 (Breakfast, lunch, dinner and high tea)*
Children at INR 450 at both properties 
*Eggs at breakfast in Karjat are on order at an additional cost based on market prices

2. Pre-order a single home-cooked meal with us which costs the following:
INR 250 for breakfast*
INR 750 per person for a non-veg meal 
INR 550 for a veg meal
*Eggs at breakfast in Karjat are on order at an additional cost based on market prices

3. Pre-order from our restaurant at Bougainvillea Resorts (Menu will be shared)

4. Go in person and eat at Bougainvillea Resorts Restaurants and avail a 10% discount on all orders.

Do you allow weddings or events?

Yes, we give our property for weddings and events.


Do you allow pets?

Yes. We are a pet-friendly villa.


Please note that pets are not allowed on any of the furniture or in the swimming pool. Pet owners need to carry along food and bedding for their pets.


Can I book only one room or will I need to book the whole property?

You need to book the entire villa. We don't give out just rooms.


Do you have any special packages for couples?

No, we do not have any special packages for couples.

Do you have a care taker?

Yes, we have a care taker available at property.


Do you give out your villa for pre-wedding/film shoots?

What are the check-in & check-out timings?

Our check-in timing is 1 PM and check-out timing is 11 AM. 


Can we do a late checkout?

Our check-out timings are strict as we need to ready the rooms for our next booking. In case you wish to check in a little early or check out a little late, do inform us at the time of booking. Additional charges may be applied.

Is alcohol allowed at the property?

Yes, alcohol is allowed at the villa but not near the swimming pool and in limitation. Also, as a safety hazard, it is advisable to not enter the pool after having alcohol.


What are the pool timings?

Our swimming pool is accessible from morning 7 AM to evening at 8 PM.


How many people can the villa accommodate?

We can accommodate up to 25 people at the property. We have fixed packages for bookings for upto 15 adults. There is an extra charge per person if the booking is for more than 15 adults.


Do you charge extra for children?

Children below the age of 10 are not chargeable.


Is loud music allowed at the property?

No, loud music is not allowed at the property. Given the location of our villa, playing music is allowed within the limit and during specific time/hours. Guests are requested to respect our neighbours and keep the noise level mild and within the villa.


We are a group of bachelors. Can we make a booking?

No, we do not give our villa to only bachelors. A group of working professionals is fine, provided they show a work ID.


Do I need to show ID proof?
Yes, we check government IDs during the time of booking and check-in.


How many cars can be parked at the property?
Upto 7 cars can be parked at the property.


I am an influencer. Who can I speak to regarding collaborations?

Currently, we are not looking to engage in influencer driven activities. However, you are welcome to email us your media kit at tanmaygetaways@gmail.com and we'll reach out to you if we are looking to activate the same.
